1. Eligibility

bat777 is an online entertainment platform available exclusively to adults. To register and use the platform you must meet all of the following conditions without exception.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bat777 does not accept registrations from anyone under 18, regardless of circumstances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistan mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. The name you register with must match the name on the payment methods you use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information at the point of registration or at any subsequent time is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• One account per person, per household, per device and per payment method.
• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account once you are logged in. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact bat777 support immediately.
• bat777 does not take responsibility for losses arising from you sharing your login details.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You cannot sell, transfer or gift your bat777 account to another person.

bat777 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Cooperating with verification requests is a condition of continued account access.

3. Deposits

All deposits at bat777 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other PKR-denominated payment methods as listed in the Deposit section of the platform. No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied at any stage.

• The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your bat777 account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends or any other individual — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are shown at the point of deposit within your bat777 account.
• bat777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own service charges independently.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bat777 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bat777 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, or to a verified account in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method: PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa; PKR 1,000 for Raast and Bank Transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are accepted at any time. Processing begins after the request has been reviewed and approved on the bat777 side.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Raast transfers complete within a few hours in most cases. Bank transfers take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.
• bat777 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.
• If your withdrawal request has been pending longer than the stated timeframe and you have not received any notification of a hold, contact support with your account details and withdrawal reference.

Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to mismatched details, incomplete verification or other account issues will be placed on hold. bat777 will attempt to contact the player via their registered mobile number or through the account notification system. If a hold is not resolved within a reasonable period, the funds may be returned to the bat777 account balance pending further review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bat777 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in the promotion terms. bat777 reserves the right to limit bonus availability based on account history, location, payment method or other criteria.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Until the wagering requirement has been met, bonus-derived winnings are not available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being forfeited. Only genuinely wagered and cleared balances are withdrawable.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device or payment method unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• bat777 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus in progress will be notified if material changes affect their current bonus status.
• Any bonus obtained through what bat777 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive or coordinated bonus farming activity will be voided. The player's account may also be suspended in such cases.

6. Betting Rules

bat777's Sports Betting section covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports as listed on the platform at any given time. The following rules apply to all betting activity on bat777.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bat777 does not accept cancellation or modification requests for bets already placed and confirmed by the system.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe set out in bat777's sports rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The specific outcome in each case depends on the applicable sports rules for that event type.
• bat777 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds, where the event result has been manipulated, or where the bet was placed using information obtained through fraudulent means.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per account. These limits may vary by sport, market and account tier. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through multiple accounts or coordinated betting is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. bat777 is not liable for bets that cannot be placed due to a market being suspended during live play.

Cricket markets at bat777 — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — follow the standard sports betting rules applicable to each format. Specific rules for each Cricket format are available in the Sports section of the platform.

7. Player Conduct

bat777 expects all players to use the platform fairly, honestly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balance.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, interact with games or access the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, game glitches or any other technical fault to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live Casino games, or coordinate sports bets in ways designed to exploit the platform.

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

• In cases of confirmed breach, any outstanding balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• In cases where suspension is applied pending investigation, the balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded.
